Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Dropship fees ($5 to $15 depending on manufacturer) and shipping fees are not refunded.

 

All returns must be in new and re-sellable condition and returned within 14 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs that were charged to us. If a return is sent that we cannot re-sell as new-it will be refused. We MUST be notified of any returns beforehand so we can provide a return authorization, or the package will be denied.

Exchanges: Will vary depending on manufacturer's policies and item availability.

PLEASE contact us should you have a questions about exchanging an item. Be sure to let us know the item in question by name and item number if available. If an exchange is possible, customer will be responsible for return shipping on item to be exchanged and shipping for new item. (Free shipping is only applied to the original first order.)

 

ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS.

ANYTHING THAT IS SPECIAL ORDERED TO A MANUFACTURER THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT SHOWN OR THEIR USUAL LINE IN SIZE, COLOR, STYLE, ETC...is considered custom.

 

NOTE: Cowperson Tack is considered a custom order since each item is made to order.  Please ask us ANY question you might have. We want to be sure your order comes right and you are happy with it the first time around. If you are unsure about fit-just eMail us before ordering. *Any return on Cowperson Tack items will have a 15% restocking fee.*

 

NOTE: Saddlesmith, Abetta, Easy Rider, Atec and Abiline saddles and tack have a 20% restocking fee whether they are a return OR an exchange. This is charged to us by the manufacturer, which we unfortunately and regretably have to pass along to our customers. Shipping costs and a $15 drop ship fee will not be refunded. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us - we will do our very best to help avoid costly returns. We don't like them either.

 

Here at Trinity, we strive to run an honest business and want all our customers satisfied with their purchases-please ask any questions before buying and we will answer them honestly and to the best of our ability.

Items not in stock may take 1-6 weeks to receive. Special order and custom saddles may take up to 8 weeks-(in some cases as long as 3 months for some European made saddles). As a dealer, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control and an item make take longer than originally expected or what we were told by a manufacturer.

Any items not in stock are placed on order immediately with the manufacturer upon receipt of payment. We will let you know if it is on backorder and offer the choice of a refund, substitute or wait.
